The only reason this is not a 5 star is because I paid for oil changes and tire rotations when I bought my car. Apparently they put it in the system as conventional oil instead of synthetic, which is what for oil changes and tire rotations when I bought my car. I understand it was not this dealerships mistake, but it is TOYOTA and I as a customer should not have to correct a mistake made the Toyota, no matter the dealership. More
