I will call tomorrow 8/1/23. Left out in my review how my car was parked for pick up and left running with AC blasting (it was parked tuning for almost 2 hours according to the service desk employee). Oh yeah, the glovebox door was left laying in the floorboard (service tech forgot to put it back in after checking filter). Talk with you tomorrow.
