The wait was too long. 1hr 45 min for an oil change. Unacceptable. When I questioned him, he said people come late and throw off the schedule. They will learn to show up promptly when they are inconvenienced. Then the service advisor tried to scare me into a new battery immediately. Are they u Der new mgt.
