He follows up with genuine concern all during the process of moving forward with a deal. Very knowledgeable of the Chevrolet line of vehicles In our case the 2024 Blazer EV which has many special features. It helped tremendously that he said so honestly if there was ever something he didn't know & was always there to find out more for us if needed. Thanks also to Michael for his polite & friendly phone & in-person manners, his helpful patience & accuracy with filling out the forms, & his kind offers to answer any questions we had.
