Luther Nissan Makes It Happen! This was my 6th car purchase and I have to say, it was a pleasant surprise. I did not experience the usual and expected pushy sales. Usually I dread going car shopping but these guys made it happen. I went in with fair credit, a firm budget and wanted all the bells and whistles in my vehicle and Andy Heille, Jerry Simon and Brian Nerka all worked hard to make it happen. The environment was professional but fun, enhancing my experience and helping pass the wait time. Andy was the best! He explained things without over selling, flexed to my pace and even helped me move my stuff from my old vehicle to my new one. Fantastic Dealership and Staff! I came here the first time 2 months ago to get my 01 Pathfinder serviced. Mike in service got my car in and fixed in under an hour even though I was 2 I came here the first time 2 months ago to get my 01 Pathfinder serviced. Mike in service got my car in and fixed in under an hour even though I was 2 days early for my appointment :-). The people were so great, when I decided to buy a car 2 months later they were my first thought. I came back 8n and met with Craig and Mitch who helped get me in my new car! 2016 Kia Sedona! Jamie got me a great rate to finance, and Andi and Jovonie helped keep me entertained while I waited. Overall my experience with this dealership and their staff has been top notch and I highly recommend them to everyone I know! More

Just a number My husband and I went into this dealership on June 28 2016. We had been talking with Andy for most of the week about a Rogue Nissan 2016. We wanted to My husband and I went into this dealership on June 28 2016. We had been talking with Andy for most of the week about a Rogue Nissan 2016. We wanted to lease it for the deal they had for those cars. My Husband was on the phone with Andy Monday night getting A $500.00 deposit down to save the car we wanted. Which he ran the card number and charged us. (If we didn't say something before we left that night. They would have over charged us by 500.00 dollars!) The next day he went to the dealership to look at the car in person. Asked that they put a sale sign on the car for us. Since we knew It was the one we wanted. Not only did we pay ahead for this car and have a sold sign on it. NOT more then 3 hours later we get a call saying it was sold at a different dealership! They charged us for the deposit and old our car! Lucky by the time we got to the dealership on Wednesday they had the one we wanted. When we at the dealership trying to get everything done. It took over 3 hours. We were told by doing a lot of things prior to coming it would be fast. Not even... 1st Andy treats you like a price tag and not a person. We would be talking to him about something. Then he would see someone coming in or standing by us. Would walk away during our conversation to talk to them. Basically showing he doesn't care about us just the sales. ON top of that told us we would only be paying so much a month. Come to find out the only way we would get that is if we put down so much money. Which wasn't told to us at all during all our phone calls to him. Brings me to John the manager! He comes over to tell us they will be taking my old car as a trade in. But doesn't clearly say how much. We both ask him at least 4 times what the amount is. Just keeps saying a couple hundred. When we talking to Dale the financial guy he tells us it was 300.00 dollars. Which great sounds good to me. My problem is why couldn't you tell me this amount. What was with the secrecy. If we would of know that we were lied to the whole time we would of left and said no thank you. But by the time we got answer and idea of what the payments would be it was too late to leave. The lack of customer service and communication was just unreasonable. The only good thing about the whole experience was Dale. He was on top of his stuff and did all he could to help us get it to the price we needed it to be. If it wasn't for him I would of said never mind. So THANK YOU Dale for making us feel more like a person and not a price tag. More

Purchase of a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder Hello. I will not suggest this place to anyone that I know. I purchased my vehicle about 1 month ago. I have had numerous issues with this purchase. I Hello. I'm still currently dealing with getting everything figured out. This has not been a good purchase. I LOVE the vehicle yet the issues and service has not been great. I have one good thing is a gentlemen in the Service Department has been very detailed with me and has kept me up to date on the repairs needed this time around. More
