It was a transparent, believable and professionally conducted business transaction. It was my third new car purchase from Anderson's in the last 9 years and I expect to buy my next new car from Anderson's in the future. I will recommend them to friends and family. More

The team exceeded expectations by allowing us to take our potential new ride for an overnight excursion to see if our dog would fit, the kids wouldn't complain much and everyone would be comfortable on an upcoming road trip. The entire team listened to our financial needs and found us the best way to drive off the lot with our new Highlander with an affordable payment plan. We would come to find out that Frank assisted in multiple car purchases from a close family member. That family member scolded us for NOT asking him about the team at Anderson because they would have recommended Frank and the team. From the first visit pulling in and realizing my friend Frank worked here and wasn’t just enjoying a coffee outside while his vehicle was being servic From the first visit pulling in and realizing my friend Frank worked here and wasn’t just enjoying a coffee outside while his vehicle was being serviced, to the fifth visit when we drove away in our new Sienna, we felt welcomed and cared for by every employee we encountered. Frank asked enough questions to help narrow our search and came up with several vehicles for me to test drive. He was so gracious and understanding when one test drive didn’t even make it out of the parking lot! Fetching the mail a few days later, my son found a note from his friend, Jack’s, dad! What a fun and thoughtful surprise to be thanked for even the opportunity to serve us! Frank knew he would be in St. Louis when it was convenient for me to continue my search. He communicated my needs so clearly to Ryan that the conversation didn’t need to be repeated and Ryan and I picked up where Frank and I left off. Being able to test drive a vehicle overnight was the greatest help in deciding which vehicle was meant for our family. After Ryan wheeled my mom wagon across the parking lot and let ME lift it into an explorer, my kids deemed the vehicle too tight and begged me to go back to a van! The moment I was waiting for! The one Sienna available at Anderson Toyota didn’t fit our needs so we’re grateful that the Anderson group shares vehicles because our “winner winner” according to Ryan, was down at Dodge. A couple trips across town and an overnight test drive later, the Sienna would be ours after some paperwork was completed! Tony has obviously performed his duties several times- the way he confidently inserted those papers in just the right spot of the printer and helped me do simple math when my brain was on overload all while trying to tune out the noise of a mega-paper shredder was impressive! Frank, Ryan, and Tony have beautiful children and should be very proud of the work they are doing to support their families! Thank you to those three, Devin, Andy, and all the hard workers behind the scenes who made this purchase happen! We appreciated being treated with respect and had a fun time buying this van!
