We wanted a new car that had good gas mileage and that would fit his golf clubs in the trunk (the number one requirement). After visiting a car show in the Quad Cities, he was turned on to look at Hybrids. After doing some research, we decided that the Toyota brand of hybrids would be our best option. Being from Rockford, I knew that any Anderson Dealership would provide us with an excellent experience and a quality vehicle. We went into the dealership and left with a new car that day. We worked with Andy Brouer who made our experience wonderful. He made sure that we were comfortable and kept us laughing during any time that we had to wait. He made sure that if we needed anything that we had it. They made sure that we understood the entire process and we left with our new car looking beautiful. During the financial aspect of the experience, Troy Hancock made sure that we understood every step that they needed to accomplish for us to be able to leave with our car the same day. He made it easy and as painless as possible for us. Our car buying experience was the best we could have had. My husband is beyond happy with his new car! More

We had fun joking around, yest getting the car we wanted. Whe it came time to take the car he was very informative with all of us, and helped us get started with showing us the highlights of the new car. Devin was even in on the fun when we joked with him not knowing his colors. He made it right with my wife by giving her a keychain gift. Dan in finance was no exception to our experience. One thing I truly dispise is "upselling" after I have already made my decisions. However, Dan was very informitive ad helpful, and we did choose of couple of "upsell" items that we might have regretted later if we would have passed them over. He made the most painful part of the car purchase just as enjoyable as all the rest of our experience. The reason we chose this dealership was solely because of the service department. We bought out first lease at another dealership, but Anderson did all the service work. I have always been treated with the greatest amount of respect and kindness. We have always enjoyed each service visit. We have already sent people to Anderson's to buy cars just based on our earlier service experience. Now we have more experience with the rest of the dealereship, we will very highly reccommend Andersons for a next car purchase. More

I had a quick phone conversation with ANDY BROUER and when I arrived at the lot, he had the perfect car pulled in the showroom for me so that we could avoid the cold. It was everything I was looking for! ANDY was professional, kind and went above and beyond to get the deal I was looking for. From Troy, the sales manager that sprung for lunch, to Dan in Finance and of course ANDY, I will definitely recommend Anderson Toyota to friends and family. Not only did we buy a car, but we were able to buy a much nicer, NEW car with the down payment we specified. Andy was very accomodating and helpful with the selection process, and John was able to make the deal happen when no one else could. We are still in shock over the whole experience, and will recommend this dealership to everyone! He took additional picture of the car within minutes of requesting them!!! He has helped me make sure I have all the required paperwork ready once I come to the dealer from NY!!! Andy followed up with me to the moment I took a plane to Chicago and offered to pick me up from my friend's house in Chicago and drive to the dealer (80 miles away). I am in LOVE with my new Camry, not to mention this was a GREAT experience. We were recommended to Anderson Toyota and none other than the man himself, GM Randy :) He was so nice, everyone was! Our sales guy Andy was easy to talk to, understood what we wanted and handled my demanding pregnancy ways with lots of water and cookies. We have bought cars in the past and had not-so-good experiences, but we will for sure be back when we are in the market for a new car for my husband. Everyone was so friendly the minute you walked in the door until we picked up our new car days later. We will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone we know looking for a car & refer them to Andy! (only if he shares his Starbucks vouchers) More
