This is my second time visiting the service center and it was completely different from my first visit. The first visit I came in because of some weird sounds coming from my tire whilst turning. I took it in was completely different from my first visit. The first visit I came in because of some weird sounds coming from my tire whilst turning. I took it in and they claimed to have checked it but it still made the same noises — and, they didn’t even fill up my tires to the correct amount. This time around I had a new service representative and she was quick, attentive, and provided much more customer service than the last person. Unfortunately, I don’t feel welcomed when I come to this particular location ever, but her customer service made me feel like someone actually cared about me as a customer. The job was done quick and well. More
