Once again, Wisconsin dealers could not match the offer presented by Grand Subaru in Bensenville. It was worth the 2 hour drive. Chris Thomas worked with me for almost a month throughout the process of vehicle selection, reservation, and final purchase. He was incredibly professional, patient, and responsive throughout the whole process. He was quick to walk me through the inventory and help me reserve the specific vehicle I wanted, kept in touch with me during the delivery to let me know about any updates, and patiently answered my (many!) questions over the phone and email. Once the car had arrived, he let me know immediately, and I was able to pick it up from the dealership on the same day. The sales process was very smooth: Chris was very transparent and not pushy at all, let me take my time to consider all the options, and did not try to pull any of the weird tricks you often hear about with car salesmen. He was also friendly and nice to interact with - I would definitely recommend working with Chris! I also worked with Drew in the finance department to help finalize the sale, and had a great experience with him too. I had my financing sorted and knew exactly what I was looking for in terms of extras so there wasn't too much to discuss, but Drew was similarly very patient and professional, and not pushy at all. Overall, I had a great experience at Grand Subaru, and would definitely recommend buying here! The fact that they are transparent and don't try to force you into anything is a major reason to go with them: after all the horror stories I've heard about car dealerships, I was very pleasantly surprised by how smooth the process was at Grand Subaru.
