I was made to feel very special. This was a wonderful "caring" experience. The salesman couldn't have been more patient with me. I think he actually showed me how everything works. He also showed me several times how to work the gear shift. I hadn't bought a car in 14 years and this experience couldn't have been better. Even the owner checked in with me several times. I was waffling back and forth about which vehicle I wanted. Tom Murray was extremely patient and very knowledgeable about all the details of the vehicles that could influence my decision. He never pitched a car; just gave me the facts. I first picked a Rav4, then switched to a Highlander, then back to a Rav4. I think my indecision would have driven anyone crazy, but he gave me time and space over the course of a week test driving. The best dealership I have ever dealt with by a long shot. I also was able to meet the owner, Andrew, and he was great and made me feel very welcome and taken care of. I also had leather seats installed and the service staff is ON IT! The entire service area is buzzing with fast and efficient activity. More

Very informative, no preasure, giving me options and varieties, very patient with my husband, who was with me - all these qualities you see very seldom in the young generation. But Marc has them all and many more. The whole process did not take more then 2 hours and I left home on my 2016 Barcelona Red Toyota Corolla. If I could do it - youcan do it, too. With a very busy schedule, Andy made time to meet with my wife and I on short notice. Andy greeted us on time and gave us his undivided attention. Once Andy knew what we were looking for, he showed us several options that were in our budget. He introduced us to Tom Murray who showed us the cars and explained all the features. Tom's knowledge of Toyotas is exceptional and so was his care. He was patient and wanted to make sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. He then introduced us to Jared who expedited the financing. Not one of them missed a beat! It was the most exceptional experience that we have ever had over the past 20 years of purchasing Toyotas! This will be the place we call home for our future Toyota purchases. More
