Absolutely top notch, way beyond reasonable expectations! On a new lease transaction Michael, Andrew, and Jared worked as a team to get me through the process as quickly and efficiently as humanly possible. Michael arranged all the specific terms with me on the phone as well as vehicle selection. By the time I arrived on site at appointed time, Michael and Andrew were ready to immediately usher me through the painless process, the plate switch, the explanation of mechanicals, etc. Jared whipped me through the leasing signatures. I arrived at ten and drove out with my phone blue tooth operating and radio playing at 11:15. I was early for my next appointment...so I treated myself to lunch at my favorite cafe to celebrate my good fortune. For the last twenty or more years all of our vehicle purchases and leases have been flawlessly conducted...and I have been made proactively aware of awesome opportunities to trade or upgrade on swaps or early returns. Leasing a Camry through Andrew Akhahon I am just taking a moment to say that I cannot imagine a better, more gracious, more informative, more professional and friendly experience than the o I am just taking a moment to say that I cannot imagine a better, more gracious, more informative, more professional and friendly experience than the one my wife and I just had renewing our lease from Andrew Toyota. All the staff (Mike Oppermann, Vince Miserendino in the office etc) were excellent, but the key to how well it all went was the attention from Mr. Akhahon. He went far beyond any call of duty in making sure our experience was a efficient and pleasurable as it could be (including being late for the runup to a Packer game). My wife will enjoy the new car for many reasons, but not least is the exceptional care Mr. Akhahon took on our behalf. I should add that Mr. Oppermann gave us as good deal as possible, proving himself to be a friend as well as (always) professional . Mr. Miserendino stayed late too, making sure there was no problem with the paperwork.
