Best deal with in 1200 miles So over the last three weeks I've been in and out of this dealership right by my house but I've also looked at other cars within the 1200 mile radius. I've tried to call people and have them do over the phone appraisals and deals and I always felt like I was getting nickeled and dimed. Peter who is the manager there saw me on there on the third week and asked me why I was in pulling the trigger on a car and I told him what my goal was and then I was trying to start a family with my girl and I needed to pay off my car. Peter stepped up to the plate and actually paid off my car completely on the trade and gave me a Q 50 sport below market value at the same time. The next closest deal was 500 miles away in Georgia and it cost $2000 more. This dealership really took care of me today and I couldn't be happier . Jake really stepped up to the plate in finance and was able to get me a lower rate through a bank that I was already associated with. It's took a little time but he was able to get it done because I was not putting any money down. Found the car online through Andreas through a car club. I'm top of everything I actually met a really cool guy name Henry in the service department that specializes in aftermarket body kits for my Q 50. I will definitely be coming back to this dealership to customize my Q 50 sport Anna in-service is very upfront and overall a very pleasant person to help you with your service. Out of all the service people there she would be the one I recommend you talk to. More

At first we was dealing with Jeff Walker and it was a very unpleasant experience and put a very bad test in our mouth, this was our first time at the dealership. However, Andreas Korallus save the day. He heard and listen to our concerns about the other sales rep and made sure we had the best services. He told us that he was a newer sales rep but based on his knowledge about the car that we was purchasing and his super superb customer service, you would have thought he had year’s experience. I will most defiantly refer others to him and the dealership and I will defiantly purchase again from him. Andreas Korallus went over and beyond to make our experience great and also made sure the car was perfect from scratches etc. before we surprised our son. He stated that he wanted to make it perfect for our son and for that I am most grateful. My son loved the car. Salesman let me down....disappointed Found the vehicle online and started email communications with Breanna. She was excellent answering all my questions. Dealership lowered the price since Timing belt has not being done. Acura/Honda need Timing belt replaced at 105k miles. Was little pushy since it was end of the month for them and they want the sale. I need vehicle quickly before school starts and this was the only TL Type S that was close to me, although I was more than 350 miles away. Agreed to the price and was introduced to Adam Fick and Gary Muller. Paid them a deposit to hold the car. Talked to Adam couple of times and he sat in the vehicle and answered all my questions. Was told there was nothing wrong with the car. I also asked if all the keys and carpet were there and was told by Adam that everything is there. Decided to buy the car and drove 6 hrs from Minnesota with a friend to pick the car. Saw the car and immediately found that car had tinted windows, right rear door panel torn and Adam said only one key avaialbe. I was disappointed at him. Why you did not disclose this to me. Tinted windows no big deal but torn door panel and only one key really made me mad. Adam lied to me over the phone. He told me he will contact previous owner for the keys and to give him a week. So I paid cash and bought the car. Siging paper work took some time too. Also charged me $195 for documents fee. What the xxxx, I paid cash, give a me receipt let me go. I understand if I had financed, lot of paperwork envoled, but I paid cash. After a week I called and emailed Adam several times about keys, kept saying can't get hold of previous owner. I told him to pay for a key and I will pay for programming at an Acura Dealer, which is another 85 miles from where I live, but they refuse to do that. A new key and programming cost $300. Not only they lied to me about the keys initially when I talked over the phone , they did not want to correct their mistake and buy a key for me. Top of that Jacob Lubinski entered the wrong selling price on my State Registration Papers that he filled out by extra $3000. Not professional at all. So for buyers from long distance, be careful what this dealership tells you. For the dealership and Adam, be honest and disclose all the facts truthfully. Customers like honest people and they will come back for your service. YOU WERE NOT HONEST WITH ME AT ALL. More
