We were very appreciated for his help even we bought that car from other salesman. He is very knowledge on the performance of car. Two months later, we are thinking to shop around a small suv, either used or new one. We are thinking CRV or RAV4. We don't need the car in a few months, it is for future usage. We went to Fred Anderson again to see Andre for the information. Both Andre and Junior worked with us and gave us very good introduction. No pressure, but friendly. So just after two months, we decided to buy a new car from Fred Anderson!!! More

Very much impressed with our truck purchase experience. We visited Fred Anderson Toyota a few weeks back. Andre Robinson approached us as we were looking at trucks. The thing that impressed us was that he was not a pushy sales person. We told him we were looking to buy in the near future. He gave us a printout with detailed information on the vehicle we were interested in, along with his card. At a later date we called Andre to tell him we would be stopping by to look at the truck again. When we arrived, he had the vehicle waiting for us at the front of the dealership. Again he was very professional and we made the decision to buy. He gave us a tour of the facility and told us what to expect when we brought our vehicle in for service. After Andre completed the sale, we were taken to the finance office and again was met with a very professional employee, Jessica Drown. She was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained all the options available to us. More

Excellent customer service. I went to Fred Anderson Toyota because I was interested in getting a new 4 runner. I had a 2007 4 runner and have loved it so it was an easy choice f I went to Fred Anderson Toyota because I was interested in getting a new 4 runner. I had a 2007 4 runner and have loved it so it was an easy choice for me. I knew exactly what I wanted, I thought, but Andre showed me all the different 4 Runner types and options available and made a point to tell me he wanted me to see ALL of my options. That was great because he could’ve just showed me the one I had decided on and not bothered. I especially appreciated that as I really hadn’t looked (in person) at all of my options. It also was good because I did decided on a different color!!! Andre made sure to explain the difference in the package options (which I ended up disputing him on rudely on several occasions and of course his explanations were correct while my disputes were incorrect). Andre handled my strong persoanitly calmly and professionally. He even drove all the way out to wake forest to personally handle some paperwork which he offered to do and completed with a smile!!!! Post sale Andre has reached out and let me know he’s available if I have any questions about my new vehicle. Having never had a vehicle with so many options I have reached out to Andre several times and he’s been more than happy to assist me. I would definitely purchase from Fred Anderson again and I would go straight to Andre! Andre took me over to service and introduced me to Brian. That was nice to put a face to my future service needs. Brian was great. Lastly Andre introduced me to Larry Pickett who took over to do the financing process. Larry was very thorough. He painstakingly explained everything to me and was very personable and funny. He broke everything down to be sure I understood how the warranties worked, why things were done a certain way and by whom. It was an overwhelming about of information but I’m the end it’s all things that I’m happy were explained to me! Larry definitely knows his stuff and nothing I asked could trip him up! More

My son and I did our online research on your user- friendly website first. We narrowed our selection to one particular Camry LE. We contacted Andre Robinson and came to your dealership to test drive the Camry. We met Andre and gave him the VIN# of the Camry we were most interested in buying. Andre checked and found the car was still available. My son and I test drove the car and liked everything about the car! It actually had more features than we were expecting! We finished our test drive and tool a look at the price sticker for the car. We asked Andre what the actual price of the car was. Andre calmly asked if we had looked at the sales sticker and when we did, we were elated! We could actually purchase this car!!! Andre was focused on us and what our needs were.
