I dealt with Ana Lima to test drive and, ultimately, purchase a 2026 TX. When I came in, I found out there was no TX available to test drive. She did a phenomenal job demonstrating the technology and overall explaining all that the TX had to offer. She worked diligently to find a car to test drive and came to my office so I wasn’t inconvenienced. When I decided to go forward with my purchase, she worked to find the car I wanted. Her excellent customer service, expertise, and communication was key in my decision to go with the TX over an Acura. Ana is a wonderful asset to the dealership. More

The day we went to shop, we had an appointment with her and she was on time and ready to show us around and test drive. We selected our car and Ana helped to negotiate a fair price for our trade in and then onto financing. As we all know, buying a car is never a quick transaction but LOS made it as painless as possible. When the car was prepped and brought around, we were then escorted to the car by the person who sets up your electronics (pairs and adds the Lexus app to your phone). He was quite helpful and patient. I would shop at Lexus Of Sarasota again and would certainly recommend Ana Lima to anybody looking to buy a car from that dealership. More
