I waited 4 months for a seatbelt part that was covered by manufacturers warranty. Jordan tried to charge me for it and when the part finnaly did show up I got a call saying it was the wrong one and the righ manufacturers warranty. The lack of attention to detail is disturbing. The time before this my car was returned from your service dept with a splash gaurd open exposing my engine and thus having to come back to get it fixed. The time before that I just needed my tires rotated and said do not change my oil I already did that. You proceeded to change my oil and try and charge me. I have also in the 4 month time of waiting for the wrong part been contacted 50 plus times by your sales dept asking to buy my car. I called her and said stop calling me. She proceeded to not only try and convince me to trade my car in because of the seatbelt but she emailed me another 10 times. I’ve been coming here since 2013 and I just say the quality of service I revive here has gone down dramatically. I will no longer be taking my car here. My girlfriend who also has had her car serviced here has experienced the same kind of situations. We will be taking are business elsewhere. More

Shayla 'merely' argued with me when I questioned policy. She took issue w my use of the word 'policy' for one thing. An unpleasant experience, Manly used to be really great. Not so much now. More

I'd like to speak to the service tech to explain the problems I'm having. I tell my issues to someone who tells the service tech. Then I hear what the service tech has done, but I never get to talk to problems I'm having. I tell my issues to someone who tells the service tech. Then I hear what the service tech has done, but I never get to talk to anyone who's actually serviced my car, so I can't ask any questions or give them further information. So the issues never really get fixed and I just end up paying a lot of money without getting my questions answered. This happens whenever I come here to get my car serviced. I've had an issue since I drove the car off the lot with 122 miles on it, but it still hasn't been fixed and I've never been able to talk to an actual mechanic about it. When the car was under warranty I was discouraged from pursuing the problem because I was told that finding the problem wasn't part of the warranty, only solving the problem would be warranty work. I was told that finding the problem could involve hundreds to thousands of dollars...not covered by warranty. It would have been nice to talk to someone who could actually give me an idea of costs before I committed to searching out the problem. The car still has the problem, it's no longer under warranty and I've never gotten an answer. More

They always communicate with me about my car and take my concerns seriously. Any mistake made has been fixed and compensated for (there have been very few mistakes) I also feel confident that this service c concerns seriously.
