Thanks for getting back with me. I wasn't looking to terminate an employee, but rather use your review as a teaching moment. We would much rather teach our "courteous and professional" employees to communicate better with their customers to improve the experience. I see that you were in August 31st for a recall and arrived at approximately 9:30am. If I may ask, what expectation was set when you made your reservation? Hi Zach. There was a typo in my user name (missing a vowel). I do not wish to cause a particular employee to lose their job etc. I did not and will not publish this review online elsewhere, but I would say that everyone in customer service was courteous and professional, but the know how and follow up on recall work had some balls dropped.
