Service is great once it happens. Very hard to reach the dealership by phone, I usually have to go in person to get any updates on my car. Recently had my car towed there on a Thursda Very hard to reach the dealership by phone, I usually have to go in person to get any updates on my car. Recently had my car towed there on a Thursday and it wasn’t even looked at until Monday - all that was wrong was a dead battery, which should’ve taken one day at most to diagnose and repair. Very frustrating and disappointing to not have a car for five days only to find out that it was a simple fix. And to have to go not once but twice in person trying to get an update on the car. More
