finer details in service. Got an oil change yesterday and got home and noticed a few drops of oil in driveway, they didn’t spray the bolt/pan or the

Got an oil change yesterday and got home and noticed a few drops of oil in driveway, they didn’t spray the bolt/pan or the filter off of oil with brake kleen that spilled everywhere when changing it. Just was messy with oil residual everywhere dripping off filter and oil pan, because it wasn’t cleaned up properly, and had to wipe everything down myself. Usually they are pretty good about this stuff, and I understand that mistakes happen, but everything should be checked and rechecked, everytime and not rushed. Take 15 seconds to clean up the mess instead of making the consumer who’s paying you for it, clean it up.
