Second time at this dealership Got everything figured out before I even stepped foot in the building. Price of vehicle, financing options, and monthly payment. The filling out of paperwork took more time that I found reasonable. I believe I was there for about 5 hours. Jared was amazing. He went over everything with me, and if he didn't know, he made sure to get me the answer. He was very friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend him to others. More

Jeep Wrangler Unlimited experience I dealt with Trevor Lysek, Jeremy Dally, Kerry Kaban and Dan Bueckert. I came in to test drive a Jeep and take my time to make a decision, but finaliz I dealt with Trevor Lysek, Jeremy Dally, Kerry Kaban and Dan Bueckert. I came in to test drive a Jeep and take my time to make a decision, but finalized the purchase in one visit. I was happy with what I got for my trade. The finance process was straight forward enough and dealing with parts for accessories was helpful with Dan. I thought I wanted a Wrangler 2 door, but Trevor was patient with me and let me test drive 3 vehicles. In the end I bought a 4 door vehicle. More

I don't normally complain, I just don't come back. I did not enjoy my experience with Dylan Gage. After my experience I learned When you make a mistake, there are only three things you should ever do a I did not enjoy my experience with Dylan Gage. After my experience I learned When you make a mistake, there are only three things you should ever do about it: admit it, learn from it, and don't repeat it. This was my very first truck purchase, and it was by far the worst experience of my life. This team did nothing but rush me off the lot with a truck. I Ended up walking off the lot with a used 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 slt, 3.6 l pentastar that an employee was using for daily commute. Once it was time to get a price, Mr. Gage walked over with a ripped up piece of paper and chicken scratched a listing price. I almost walked out because it was so high, especially for a base model truck. Dylan nor the other employee's listed below did nothing to help me, only tried to play me for the fool. Priced me for the full model Hemi when it was a base model 3.6 L Pentastar model. no features no bells and whistles, no fog lights, heated seats nothing. Just a greasy stain in the back seat that was left there by the employee. ( Brittany Sinkevich) * And was told it would go away* (Alicia Williams) The deal however was a spray Bed liner, A fabric protection, paint protection, and the honor of mailing the personal effects of the employee's belongings left in the truck. After the headache of working and commuting, The Dealership had finally fit me in a couple months later. Where rocks ended up leaving permanent scars, the greasy stain couldn't get out of my back seat, And I waited over 9 hours for the truck to return. Not only waiting for close to 10 hours, they walked out with white wax stains still on the truck. I am appalled with the service. The truck is great, but the treatment and service is terrible. Couldn't even throw in floor mats for the truck. Very displeased customer. I put a review for this board to warn customers not to be fooled by the smiles, this team is out for money. Don't crack under the listing price, cut your counter offer in half. That is the game. More
