Exceptional after sale experience I dealt with Ali and Keelan for the sale of my used vehicle. No complaints about the sale. It went as expected. I got exactly what I wanted!!! My husband had called a few dealerships for a 2016 Jeep Cherokee, was told they had one and when we got there they did not and only tried to sell us a My husband had called a few dealerships for a 2016 Jeep Cherokee, was told they had one and when we got there they did not and only tried to sell us a 2017. We called Islington Chrysler and spoke to Ali Saleh, asked him if they had the 2016 Jeep Cherokee advertised he said yes. My husband of course explained what had happened to us at other dealers. Ali said he will get it all ready for us and also that there was someone from Chrysler there today and a deal can definitely be made. We arrived, Ali was awesome, we made a deal and I am so happy with my new vehicle!!!! My service with the financial adviser Jay Jay was painless. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone and will visit again one day. More

Purchasing our first vehicle from a dealership This was our first experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. It was a wonderful experience thanks to the sales rep Mr. Saleh and financial se This was our first experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. It was a wonderful experience thanks to the sales rep Mr. Saleh and financial service manager Mr. Ricafort . They were extremely helpful , friendly and knowledgable. We purchased a 2015 Dodge Durango at an excellent price and we are very excited to now own this vehicle. We had done our research but were not sure when we would make the purchase. We decided to check out islington Chrysler one day as we drove by and there we met Mr. Saleh. We felt comfortable immediately after speaking with him and shortly after decided to make the purchase. We felt that Mr. Saleh gave us honest advice and made us feel very comfortable making our own decisions. He also had quite a great sense of humour and almost felt like family towards the end. Mr. Saleh and Mr. Ricafort were both very professional but at the same time we felt as though they had our best interest at heart. We are more then grateful for having such a remarkable experience purchasing our first family car at is islington Chrysler. This dealership was beyond clean and everyone was so kind and friendly. We would recommend Islington Chrysler to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle in a heartbeat. More
