I bought my Cross trek partly because of this dealership. I have been dealing with Dan Ford for at least 14 years. My 2011 Outback was well cared for and I am still keeping it. When I came in to inquire about a new cross trek I was prepared to engage with the usual pushy aggressive salesman. Then there was Ali. She was a breath of fresh air compared to the usual salesmen I have dealt with. I understand salesmen have to have a certain approach, but Ali was so easy to deal with. I was able to l make my decision without anyone trying to sell me a car. I also appreciated Sylvia the finance lady. She is great.
