With some bad experiences in the past 7 years trying to deal with this Dealership I vowed not to go back. Until a coworker of my mine, who has always dealt with the same sales consultant, recommended someo deal with this Dealership I vowed not to go back. With my lease coming to an end, I took my friend's advice and went back to the Handy Toyota dealership to see Ali Kamal. I was completely satisfied with how I was treated by Mr. Kamal and felt as if he was truly working with me to leave me feeling happy with my purchase. Needless to say that I did in fact lease once again a Toyota, and this time it was from the Handy Toyota dealership. I told Mr. Kamal, after the sale was complete, that I would be back in 3 years to lease again but only from him. SO the Handy dealership has redeemed themselves to me solely because of Ali Kamal. Handy Toyota was on a list of several dealerships in my search for a new car. The dealership had been recommended to me by a friend who had had a good experience there. From the time I walked in to Handy's showroom with a rough idea of what I wanted, until I walked out with keys to a new car in my hand, I felt like I had simply gone home and was among family the entire time. Ali Kamal listened, answered my questions, presented all available options with complete knowledge and treated me well even though the process took several days. He assured me that if what I decided on for a car was not on their lot, he would find it for me, and in the end, did just that. He spent time to explain the new features I would find on my Prius. He told me more than once to call him or the dealership with any concerns as I bonded with this car. This is a refreshing approach to experience as a single woman since some service representatives do not have the skills necessary to make that kind of comrarderie happen. I would recommend Handy Toyota to anyone who is in the market for a car. More
