We bought our first van from Handy Dodge and Ali. I recently purchased a new 2010 Corolla Sport. Everyone that I worked with was very friendly and very helpful. Today I had the pleasure of buying a car from Mr. All Kamal, a salesman at this dealership. He had been recommended to me by one of my co-workers as a gentleman who would give it to me straight and not Kamal, a salesman at this dealership. I have to say I would be hard pressed to go to another dealership after dealing with this true professional. My family and I have been doing business with Handy Toyota for over 20 years, they have always gone out of the way to accomidate us. Ali was helpful, patient and easy to work with. I appreciate his willingness to listen and take the time to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle and what my needs are at this stage in my li appreciate his willingness to listen and take the time to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle and what my needs are at this stage in my life. I got the feeling Ali cared about me feeling good about my decision. For example he suggested I drive across town to see the car I was considering in the color I was considering. It was helpful to step out of the dealership, drive the car I was serious about and actually see it in my color for the "full effect" he called it. By the time I returned I was confident in my selection. The interest rate is unheard of. I am a bit nervous about my payment but confident I can do it because it was my choice with no presure. Ali closed with walking my son and I to the service department where we were introduced and given coffee mugs. Ali also followed up with a call a few days later and then a few more days later I got a thank you card in the mail. Both follow-up contacts communicated I was welcome to call him anytime with questions. All the examples I have stated were done with friendlyness and sincerity. I feel like I am still one of Ali's customers post-purchase. P.S. He didn't know it but both key chains accompaning my new car keys were my favorite colors! More

I had a great experience with both Handy Chevrolet and Handy Toyota. We were in the market for a “new” used car when we visited Handy Toyota to look at a new Sienna and Camry. After working with both locations and specifically Ken and Ali we decided to lease a new Camry. The entire experience was smooth and painless. We were very happy to get a great trade in value on our used car and a super deal on a new Camry. We now have worry free transportation. I’ll start all new car purchases with Ali at Handy Toyota. I have always wanted a Rav4 for the last five years. When I saw the great specials that were going on, I had to go and get a better look. The customer service was very good. All of my questions were answered to the best of their knowledge. They were also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I am enjoying the Rav4 that I have purchased. It is more than I could have wanted or was looking for. It runs great and feels very comfortable. Not to mention I like the features it offers. It was a very satisfying experience to do business with Handy Toyota and I hope to do it again in the future. More

Overall the experience was very good. We could tell that the salesperson was interested in helping us, however he did not push us in any way. We tried out a couple of models and in all instances the sales the salesperson was interested in helping us, however he did not push us in any way. We tried out a couple of models and in all instances the sales person was quick to get us a vehicle to try out and let us feel like there was no obligation to rush right back. As we narrowed out search he provided crisp lease information (our request was for a lease) that helped us decide what we wanted to do. When we closed the deal and picked up the vehicle, he covered all the features of the car to the extend we needed him to. We were also impressed with the introduction to the maintenance department personnel which made us feel like we were already a regular customer. More

We came home with our New Sienna on Wednesday. We were very pleased with the service from the very first email reply to my inquiry. The phone calls with a personal touch were ultimately what led us to choose Handy Toyota. We enjoyed working with Ali Kamal. We felt comfortable working with him the entire way, and I didn’t get that uneasy feeling I usually get when dealing with car salespeople. Ali was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and patient with our energetic children running about the showroom. He gave them crayons and paper; I felt that was thoughtful. I also enjoyed working with Steve on driving/appraising my old trade in. He was honest and professional though the process. Also, the free mug in the service department was a nice touch, too. We are pleased with the vehicle we chose, the entire process in getting it, and we will most definitely do business with Handy Toyota again. We absolutely love the driving experience of our Sienna.
