He was very friendly and able to answer all our questions. After we decided on a lease we were told that we could complete the deal and drive the car home the same day. The service department prepped the car while we finished the paperwork. Reg the business manager even stopped by our home to pick up the title. This is the third vehicle we have purchased at Handy's. My experience with Ali Kamal was perhaps the best ever. There was no pressure to reach decisions and I felt Ali was most concerned with providing me with the best possible fit for myself and my wife. We covered several vehicles (and prices) for a period of 2 or 3 days, and always felt Ali was especially sensitive to our needs. I feel we made a good friend, and the Highlander will be only the first of many new vehicles I will purchase from him.. Six stars on a 5 star scale. More
