Let him know where we wanted to be for our trade in value and payment range, out the door. We knew we were looking at Gladiators and he assured us he could do what we were looking for. Sure enough, numbers aligned in expectations, no pressure in either direction. Ali was out Finance Manager, and again, was a pleasure to work with. The deal wrapped up quickly and we were on our way. Overall good experience. Service Department is the best I’ve come across, they are top notch! I left my first review, thinking that they really took care of me to make a long story short. They told me one thing and did the total opposite on my trade and I had a third-party warranty that they appli care of me to make a long story short. They told me one thing and did the total opposite on my trade and I had a third-party warranty that they applied as a down payment, which I was totally unaware of and then they also told me that I was buying a warranty and that I had to buy it with a credit card, but they use that as a down payment. Also, I was unaware of this, I believe them when I was signing all the papers not only that I've tried to call them for three days with no response and then totally ignoring me and then after I got a hold of him, they pretty much told me that this is the way it's gonna be. There's nothing we can do about it. Good luck as big as this company is I never thought that they would treat a customer this way. I will go out of my way to make sure people do not go to this dealership. More
