Alfredo didn't listen to me as much as I would have liked and moved very slowly even though I was clear I has a time crunch. He also never gave me a final call on a deal either way. I had to call back the next day. Had I gotten even an equal deal from another Honda dealership I would have left Kelly. I actually told him as much and he never got back to me. Walter and Jeremy were excellent in picking it up from him and finishing the deal the next day. They got me through the process very fast and follow up when my registration came in was top notch. When I came into get my sticker, service was polite and they and Jeremy worked to get me in and out quick and gave me an extra car wash as a nice touch. this was my 3rd Kelly Honda lease in a row and 5th kelly car since 2005. thanks, More
