Since we were 3 hours away, he was able to hold the car for us after negotiating a fair price until we could drive up to see it and test drive it. He was very knowledgeable about the car's features and the various guarantees and was able to work with his manager in negotiating a mutually acceptable price. There was absolutely no high pressure; working with him was very pleasant. Since I didn't know the town, he agreed to ride with us during the test drive. All in all it was an excellent experience. We would recommend Alfonso and Bill Hale Honda to anyone looking for a good used car. More
