After telling them I was leaving because it was taking too long, they rushed us in to start the process to keep us from leaving only to switch the financer cause the first one had to leave. The second financier (Yadi) was exceptional and gracious and very personable with the completion of the paperwork. Should have had her in the first place. Another issue was the blaring music to loud to hear the communications clearly from your sales personnel. (Turn it down) so you can here and think during discussions. More
