The dealership was busy, and under construction which made it chaotic but the employees more than made up for it with their calm and helpful demeanor. Very unhappy. Went in for oil change and was told we needed a new tire due to a lump on the tire. I said we bought the road hazard coverage why isn't it covered b Went in for oil change and was told we needed a new tire due to a lump on the tire. I said we bought the road hazard coverage why isn't it covered by that? I was told it was a manufacturer defect and not covered by the hazard insurance, the dealer new car warranty and also not covered by the manufacturer. So it would cost $378.83 for a new tire. WHAT!!!!!on a 2023 car with 15,700 miles, are you kidding me. Won't be back here or will not buy another Hyundai (we have 3 that we bought from this dealership within the last 3 years). Was told that this happens frequently. Nice that Hyundai knows they put crap tires on new cars and won't cover it. They have lost a loyal customer. More
