I was working with another Toyota dealer closer to my home, but my salesperson was not that helpful and was slow to respond to me. I was referred to Luther Brookdale Toyota by a friend who has done busi home, but my salesperson was not that helpful and was slow to respond to me. I was referred to Luther Brookdale Toyota by a friend who has done business there for many years. I spoke with Paula several times and she was very responsive. I met with Alex who got me into a used Venza to test drive. He initiated a quote to trade in my van. I made the decision to buy the used Venza and set up a time with Alex for the paperwork and delivery. There were a lot of forms to sign but the process went smoothly. Alex was pulled away by other clients, but he told me and gave me a time estimate. Totally acceptable. Alex spent time with me in the car explaining the the features and buttons. All in all a positive experience. More

Alex was great to work with. He was very friendly, helpful and stayed late to walk us through the car. As for the dealership itself, I have mixed reactions. I was a little disappointed with the Finance person, who could be a little more courteous. It seemed as though she did not like being asked questions. I was also surprised, at how the dealership treated after making the payment. Typically, dealers hand you a folder with all documentation, explain you everything, give a swag or gift (optional) etc...basically they make you feel good, as you bought a car from them. Here, at Luther, the finance person stashed all the papers in an envelope and that was it....Not that I care for their swag or gift, just that I felt very odd the way they did it. More

Also, Toyota arbitrarily added a $950 trailer package we did not order nor want and we had to accept it it we wanted the van. Again probably Toyota. More
