South Bay Hyundai was awesome! !! They were all honestly very friendly respectful and professional. We felt like family. Everyone we encountered were AWESOME. Ryan made us feel at !! He answered all questions and was very patient and easy going. He will be recommended to all we know that's looking for a Hyundai. We will be coming back to South Bay for our next car very soon. The dealership was clean and organized, and the employees made us comfortable and relaxed. We experienced no pressure and they were accommodating in our negotiations for the purchase of a new 2024 Hyundai Tu made us comfortable and relaxed. We experienced no pressure and they were accommodating in our negotiations for the purchase of a new 2024 Hyundai Tucson Limited Hybrid. Prior to delivery, our salesman Brennan McCormick went through all of the features built into the beautiful Tucson Limited. After our deal was made and finalized, Brennan had the car washed and cleaned, and he himself, did the final detailing. Once the car was ready for delivery we entered the vehicle along with Brennan and he went through all of the features once again and guided us through the setup of all the vehicle features personalized to our liking. Anthony was communicative and responsive very early on. I went in to test drive an Elantra and at the last minute also asked to test drive the Tucson. He actually had gotten it ready to run by me as he had truly listened to my concerns and needs for a vehicle. He was thorough in answering my questions about both cars and showing me the features on the Tucson that made it a game changer. I was also grateful that he understood it was just the beginning of my car shopping and didn't add any unnecessary pressure to the experience. I reached out a few days later to inquire about the Tucson and thanks to Anthony's responsiveness, quick work, and patience w my deliberation, that Tucson is now mine. Anthony's knowledge about the vehicles I drove, along with his calm, easy attitude, went a long way toward putting me in the right mindset for such a big decision. Anthony was our salesperson and he was the perfect guy for my daughter's first car purchase. Now this is our household's second purchase from this dealership and since I'm cursed with the worst luck, I sp for my daughter's first car purchase. Now this is our household's second purchase from this dealership and since I'm cursed with the worst luck, I spend some time in service and Nicole is my service person, but Alex seems to be the real hero in the sales department.
