Not only did Shottenkirk replace the battery, they completed a warranty routine service, and worked on 2 recall notices (one they were able to take care of and the other they ordered a part and will notify me when I can bring back the car.) Alex, and everyone I interacted with, was courteous and helpful. My experience was completely positive and I would recommend Shottenkirk for their service. More

Every time I don't understand a car issue I get in touch with Alex Rodriguez. I go to Shottenkirk and Alex will always help me with any issues I have. Denise Rand is the lady who sold us our Grand Hig with Alex Rodriguez. I go to Shottenkirk and Alex will always help me with any issues I have. Denise Rand is the lady who sold us our Grand Highlander, and she did a great job also. Wish she was still there.
