Alot of time is usually spend sitting at the dealership going thru the "Process" which I don't like. They had me from start to finish in about 30 minutes. Al Castro was my client advisor, and he went above and beyond my expectations. I needed help with wheels and tires, and Al Castro went to the tire shop 4 times to help me. Mr. Kris Gaerlan was able to get me a great financing rate. Having the financing done at Dallas Lease Returns made the paper work very easy. When I was picking up my new car, one of the managers Alex walked around the car with me and made sure that I was completely satisfied. Alex said that he worked there for over 30 years, and his passion for client satisfaction showed. I had ride issues to pick up the vehicle, and Al Castro delivered the car to my home with his coworker. I summary, Dallas Lease Returns is a place that I would recommend to my friends and family.
