I bought my car (brand new)at this dealership and they charge high prices for services and add fees to your total. Then charge a fee to use a credit or debit card. They put a coupon in your car after your charge high prices for services and add fees to your total. Then charge a fee to use a credit or debit card. They put a coupon in your car after your service for your next service. I forgot my coupon at home and they wouldn't let me use the new coupon in its place. The last time I had my car serviced there the person helping me used the coupon from the car before he even asked me for the one I had. Also, they had us sit in a noisy, crowded trailer while we waited. If you wanted coffee or to use a bathroom you had to go to different trailers. You would think they could have honored a coupon since they were already inconvenience us already. The extra charge for credit card use is ridiculous when you are already charging high rates. More

The dealership was busy, and under construction which made it chaotic but the employees more than made up for it with their calm and helpful demeanor. I wanted another Toyota when I bought my Hyundai I will be a repeat customer everybody at this dealership is very helpful and I feel the service department is honest and trustworthy More

Alejandra was a good communicator. I only bring my car in for major services intervals as I don't find this service center time efficient. Had a 48K service. Told I needed new tires I only bring my car in for major services intervals as I don't find this service center time efficient. Had a 48K service. Told I needed new tires even though you sold me new tires at 30K and said they would last to approx. 50K additional miles. 20K doesn't cut it. Either your selling suboptimal tires but charging a premium or trying to upsell during a mileage check. Either way didn't feel good. Then less than a week the car wouldn't start. Turned out I needed a new battery and that was found? Not worth my time to come to this service center again. I don't like leaving poor reviews but this is at least the 4th time I was asked for it. More

Met immediately by Alejandra as I pulled up to the service canopy. She was very friendly, smiling and well informed. She gave directions to the waiting area/restrooms and informed me that my service w service canopy. She was very friendly, smiling and well informed. She gave directions to the waiting area/restrooms and informed me that my service would be approximately 1-1.5 hrs to complete. Once complete. Alejandra called me up to the desk to explain what was completed, asked for signatures/initials then proceeded to walk me back to my vehicle. Great Customer Service. RG More
