We visit the dealership on saturday may 21st just to check out new cars. Alberto gave us very helpfull tips to choose out of the inventory at Kia West and by the end of the day we got approve to cho check out new cars. My salesman, Alberto, was great! I contacted Alberto after having gone to a different dealership where my experience was extremely high pressure to buy. I was very put off by their pressure tactics. He was very patient with me, and made me feel comfortable. I did not feel the high pressure to buy which I really appreciated. I do not like being rushed into a decision and he let me have the time I needed to be comfortable with my decision and I really appreciated it. I LOVE my new 2011 Kia Soul!! It is a marvelous vehicle with a lot of wonderful options. Alberto Ahumada was great, though it was late in the day he was patient and friendly. Getting to our paperwork, Hicham Belharsa was terrific and patient as well.
