Service department Today 5/6/22 I had a service appt to replace my headlights on my Nissan Altima that were recalled. First Nissan has to approve that your headlights need to be replaced, then after they a replace my headlights on my Nissan Altima that were recalled. First Nissan has to approve that your headlights need to be replaced, then after they approve it they call you to make an appt when the part comes in. Well nissan called me and I made an appt for today and when I got there at nissan criswell after dropping off my car and waiting in the lobby for 40 minutes the service agent asks me that my part did not come in and how was I contacted. Obviously someone stole my part for another customer due to the back log. This is totally unacceptable. More

I was given a loaner car because my car was being service by criswell honda. They gave a car that so dirty and stinky. I asked manager to have car cleaned. Car was given again dirty. They couldn’t even wipe by criswell honda. They gave a car that so dirty and stinky. I asked manager to have car cleaned. Car was given again dirty. They couldn’t even wipe dashboard. Douce and Marshall are very professional and helpful. They provide very good customer service. The sales manager was rude, eating at his desk as he was talking to me, and demeaned me by querying if the They provide very good customer service. The sales manager was rude, eating at his desk as he was talking to me, and demeaned me by querying if the account I was showing was indeed mine. He clearly dismissed me by not looking up for a moment as he talked to me. He was also passive-aggressive. He was enjoying his food. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to this dealership. I was told by UT that the cashier was also not helpful because she did not need to escalate the situation. It's a pity I cannot talk to someone. My check was not denied because of lack of funds so the dealership should have accepted my check. More
