Great experience, as usual!!!!! This is our 4th Hyundai purchase from Family in the last 10 years....our first SUV!!! We now have a beautiful Gemstone Red Tucson!!!! From day one, we have been treated like family from salesperson to car maintenance crew! A big shout out to Kristi (Person Sales Specialist) for explaining all of the features in our Tuscon, so we would be well prepared,, Al P. (Customer Relations Manager), Leon Goldman, Tom Salin, Service, and of course, Graham Watson, (General Manager) for making this experience....our best ever!!!! More

Oil change and recall for technical the last two times I was very disappointed with the car wash. Back of car was not even touched by the liftgate. Lack of communicatiom I scheduled to have my wife's car installed with a remote started. The person made it sound like a relatively quick service. When i dropped the car of I scheduled to have my wife's car installed with a remote started. The person made it sound like a relatively quick service. When i dropped the car off at 730am again it was made to seem that this would be done in the afternoon. It took 1/2 hour to get a loaner car. I then called at 3pm to check on status. Was told person would call me back. Called again at 4pm and they couldn't find the person who was supposed to call me. Was called at 430 to be told that car would be done between 5pm and 8 pm. Called at 730 was told car was done for 20 minutes was just being washed. This was also the same day that a sign was up saying cars wouldn't be washed due to the cold. Finally got to the dealership after 8. Asked to speak to manager who blamed everyone else and told us no one else complained so why should we. This person also didn't acknowledge that they were the person who didnt call after 3 and 4. Started to get condescending with my wife. We were upset and explained all the ways we were misled. Did get a discount on the service but still felt lied to the entire day. Starter works ok and has made the car much louder when locking doors. More
