She quickly found an SUV that had almost all of our requirements, called us promptly to recommend it - - she has a very friendly phone voice - - and was knowledgeable about the car and the buying process. A nice touch was that a manager of DLS dropped by her office to introduce himself and visit with us personally. We would definitely return here to shop for our next vehicle! More
