HB GMC - Thank you for your correspondence this morning (07/08/23). You keep mentioning to contact your team directly, but who is it that I'm supposed to contact? We did receive communication as promised on 07/07/23 from Mr. Upchurch. In my humble opinion, the main reason we've seen some action this week is because we have been a very squeaky wheel. Update after the 07/07/23 call. The truck is now fixed - Great! Scheduled to be picked up 07/07/23 at 3:30pm. Received a call at about 3PM that while being prepared for delivery, they noticed a very large scratch on the tailgate, which will be required to now be painted. My brand new $90k truck now will have paint touch-up. I was informed there were no issues at PDI, so clearly it has been within the last two weeks in full care of the dealership. At this point, either upper management is unaware or doesn't care about the now combined 40 days our brand new vehicles (Yukon & 1500) have been in service. Truck is supposed to be fixed and delivered next week... #TruckSagaContinues
