Julian was very understanding and was able to secure the right CRV with needed options at a very fair price within 24 hours. Julian did a great job. Julian even worked with us to deliver the vehicle to our family house to help quickly get the CRV and took the time to explain/demonstrate all of the CRV’s functions. Julian worked very hard on our behalf with the Bell Road Honda Team Adrian Pasqualini, Assistant Sales Manager and Brandon Latour Sales Manager to get the deal done for us. Great experience I have spent most of my career working in sales and finance and have recently changed careers, so needless to say I was eager and prepared for anythin I have spent most of my career working in sales and finance and have recently changed careers, so needless to say I was eager and prepared for anything and everything they might try lol however I was pleasantly surprised that the whole time everyone at Bell Honda was amazing! My wife and I wanted a specific used vehicle that only Bell Honda had and that’s why I had to forgo my previous dealership group and do business with Bell which at first I was a little hesitant to do. After the sale there was a service issue that was quickly and I mean quickly resolved! I live close to an hour away and Brandon the GM of the store along with Adrian our salesman didn’t hesitate to have the vehicle towed and brought back to me without once asking me to re arrange my schedule. Very positive experience and I would suggest anyone looking for a new or used car to ask for Adrian! More
