I went back to my original dealer in Huntington, to try to basically replace what I had lost and they not only showed zero empathy/sympathy to the situation, they tried to push me on a lesser model at a higher price than what I was paying now, but most disappointing, had zero desire to make a deal happen; same goes for West Islip VW. I continued looking for the car, and (luckily) got connected to Adam at Smithtown. Immediately, I knew that Adam was not like other sales people. Adam genuinely understood my situation and fought tooth & nail to make the numbers work, being transparent and honest through the entire process. For an industry that's focused on sales, numbers and quotas, it was so refreshing to have Adam as a salesperson make this the smoothest transaction I have ever had from his general approach to clients. Couldn't recommend Adam more. More
