Do NOT go here. Managers dismiss you and are rude to you even when your safety was at stake for their mistake. I bought a car from sales rep JJ Julio Morais and a we Managers dismiss you and are rude to you even when your safety was at stake for their mistake. I bought a car from sales rep JJ Julio Morais and a week later I told called him to tell him I do not want the vehicle as it feels unsafe (within my 15 day time frame) they asked to have the vehicle checked and of course things were wrong with it, they then insisted on servicing the issue stating it was their fault something they overlooked and when I picked it up after they “fixed “ it I was given it back with a part not even attached!! Super unsafe and dangerous. The manager Adam at service department then states it could’ve fell off as I’m driving which is even more mind blowing. I attempted to return the vehicle in the first place 1 week in when I noticed issues, when I went to speak to the sales Manager Loren Henry he tells me to go park the car outside the bank if I want because they aren’t taking it back even after they put my life in danger More
