Bought my car from there, the motor broke and they delayed and had my car for 4 months , not even 2 weeks later my car broke down again which was the dang transmission that broke, it's so suspicious t delayed and had my car for 4 months , not even 2 weeks later my car broke down again which was the dang transmission that broke, it's so suspicious that my transmission would break down right after THEY just "fixed" my motor, and they are still charging me 5-600 to pay out of pocket for a pro8they knownthey caused yet I'm the one suffering financially More

Engine shields are NOT cosmetic. I purchased a 2018 Toyota Highlander with 10,500 miles on it. 3 days after purchasing it I was able to jack it up and crawl around underneath it. I purchased a 2018 Toyota Highlander with 10,500 miles on it. 3 days after purchasing it I was able to jack it up and crawl around underneath it. I discovered that the engine cover under the car was missing, and this is a car that isn't designed to not have a skid plate. From my experience this is an important part that keeps excessive water and road debris out of the engine bay. When asking about it at the service department I was told that they would look around to see if they happened to have one laying around but that if they didn't they couldn't put a new one on because they considered it to be cosmetic. I started talking to some other mechanics and they all scoffed at that statement. One mechanic that used to work at Toyota told me that he drove a 2016 Highlander and that he wouldn't drive it without a skid plate because that is a safety issue and calling it cosmetic is the same thing as trying to claim that the windshield is cosmetic since the car can technically operate without one. Now I have a $36,000 car parked in my garage that I can't feel safe driving until I can spend another $300 just for parts that should have already been on it, so glad that I didn't trade in my old car so that I can still get around until I am able to come up with another $400 to get someone to put it on. If you are buying a low clearance vehicle you might want to take a jack with you so you can check under the car to make sure it isn't missing any critical parts since you won't be allowed inside their shop. Also, read the fine print on their website if you are looking at the online price. Turns out that is only the price if you happen to be trading in a car that is 2010 or newer and financing through them. It not it will be $3,000 more than the online advertised price and they do not negotiate on that. More
