The body shop manager, Chris has 15+ years of service and Jr. the service director has been there for levee. Says a lot about a company when the management appreciate the staff and the staff appreciates the management. Never perfect but they try really hard and the customer benefits from a great culture of focused service. Love the quebedeaux crew!! More

I was having trouble with my infotainment system. Adam, the service writer got my problem fixed in no time at all. I didn't even have an appointment, and they still took care of my problem without ke Adam, the service writer got my problem fixed in no time at all. Adam treated me with respect and made me feel like I was a valued customer, even though I didn't buy my vehicle there. When I went to another local dealership, looking for help, the first question they asked me was: "Did you buy it from us?" Quebedeaux Never asked me that! And, even though my issue was being taken care of under warranty, they still treated me like I was important to them. I will be there customer for life. Give them a try, you wont be sorry.
