Unfinished Business Four issues. One was researched and reported to "regional" for additional research; but, then "dismissed" as a fluke that probably never happen again Four issues. One was researched and reported to "regional" for additional research; but, then "dismissed" as a fluke that probably never happen again. A second was checked and "declared working normally". Yeah, right. But it didn't seem right then and it doesn't seem right now. Maybe this is "the new normal". But, I will continue my own investigation. Third issue wasn't worked on because it had not been pre-scheduled with third party. And, finally, issue four - take 3. Expectation was set that we would be "amazed" at the resolution. It was amazing that it took nearly a quarter of mile before the regularly occurring annoyance was heard again. There was some improvement, but if silence is golden then the repair was a bit tinny. More

Quebedeaux service and parts center is the best! I take all of my vehicles to Adam for service and I am always 100% satisfied with the service and enjoy my visits. Additionally, Brian is an outstand I take all of my vehicles to Adam for service and I am always 100% satisfied with the service and enjoy my visits. Proactive We were "hit" by a unexpected and seemingly unexplainable problem. A call to Adam and we had a "most likely" cause and a reminder on how to get Road We were "hit" by a unexpected and seemingly unexplainable problem. A call to Adam and we had a "most likely" cause and a reminder on how to get Road Services to get the car to the dealer. A few calls to Road Service and a couple of visits from a roadside servicer (delays completely unrelated to Q), and the vehicle was on its way to Q. During these couple of hours, Adam was proactive in keeping contact with us and even making sure we had an alternate contact while he was out of the office for a short time. When the vehicle was delivered, it was working "normally" with nothing having been done to it. Tests returned largely normal results and did not indicate any definitive defect. With Adam's assistance, the decision was made to address "the least normal" item which was the item Adam had predicted as the probable cause. A long road trip and a week of local driving later ... no hint of a problem. More

4th New GMC vehicle purchase couldn't be happier I've bought 4 new GMC cars three at Quebedeaux. All four are serviced and taken care of by Quebedeaux. A 2006 Pontiac GTO, 2009 Pontiac G8GT, 2012 T I've bought 4 new GMC cars three at Quebedeaux. All four are serviced and taken care of by Quebedeaux. A 2006 Pontiac GTO, 2009 Pontiac G8GT, 2012 Terrain and now the 2019 Acadia. I've dropped some serious coin in this place with repairs to both Pontiac vehicles and Quebedeaux was always there. My Terrain suffered a rear end collision. Fear not the Q was there as always consistently demonstrating their superior mechanical competence by fixing all kinds of vehicle repairs I threw at them. They always honor factory bulletins and recall notices from GMC. Yes I had quite a few of those over the years. From the decision to buy to the repair shop I've experienced all their services. I wouldn't trust buying a car from any dealer in Tucson but Quebedeaux. I suggest always taking advantage of the free popcorn, free coffee, and shuttle service. These are Quebedeaux's dream team members I've worked with: Don Edwards (Sales) and John Hicks (Sales), Chet Williams (sales) a great team player. Adam Hensley (service) from grease monkey to service consultant he's the man, Brian Stowell (parts) he can order anything you want, and Tim Mullen (Finance). Overall Quebedeaux is honest, competent and reliable. You couldn't ask anything more from a dealership. thanks to everyone for another fantastic car and having my back. GMC car owner for LIFE! More
