I'm very disappointed by this action, They do not know how to help with my reward points to pay my oil changed bill and I hope for the next maintenance appointment, the technicians crew be more prepared t how to help with my reward points to pay my oil changed bill and I hope for the next maintenance appointment, the technicians crew be more prepared to bring a better service. I think we deserve a better service. I think the GMC brand has been a symbol for this country and the costumers. thank you. More

From the start everything was wrong. They called to schedule me for front brake work that was going to take a few days, didn’t have a rental set up. Took another week to get scheduled. Finally schedule schedule me for front brake work that was going to take a few days, didn’t have a rental set up. Took another week to get scheduled. Finally scheduled, dropped car off was asked what work they were doing (remember they booked the service), had my car a week with no communication on status. Called to find out what was going on was told that they fixed the dome light and cats (never told about those things being worked on), waiting on a part, no mention of the front brakes. Call 2 days later as I still had no updates. Tells me that they put cats back on the car and o2 sensors, work that I did not okay to be done to my car. Go down to the service center get a run around from Adam. Then Josh (used) and Adam meet with me tell me the work has to be done. Was rude the entire time. Never once told my car was not in the service center. Now I am having to pay to correct the issues they created with my car, front brakes were never done. More

Mt oil change took 3 1/2 hours to complete yesterday. If I had not started complaining at the 2 hour point, I'm sure it would have been longer. I will no longer be doing business with your company. Incredibly poor Service Dept. Wife and I bought a used vehicle from Quebedeaux in the middle of January, and the vehicle has spent more time in their shop than it has in our own possession. They deleted vehicle from Quebedeaux in the middle of January, and the vehicle has spent more time in their shop than it has in our own possession. They deleted codes from the dash before selling us the vehicle without actually fixing the problem that was causing the codes to fire in the first place. I assume that this was because they couldn't figure out how to fix the problem, as that is what is going on now. Not only is their ability to fix the problem a huge issue, but so is their ability to communicate with customers. The manager Adam sits there with glazed-over eyes (could very well be drooling on himself underneath his mask) when you talk to him. He doesn't have the ability to pick up a phone after sitting on a vehicle for five straight days to give an update either. We have had so many issues with him that our point of contact now is his boss Gus. We have filed a complaint with BBB, and likely will be invoking Lemon Law. More

Horrible service! The maintenance department is complete garbage they are rude disrespectful and unhelpful! I purchased a vehicle from them and 8 days later it starting leaking oil from the rear differentia garbage they are rude disrespectful and unhelpful! I purchased a vehicle from them and 8 days later it starting leaking oil from the rear differential I took the truck back hoping to get it fixed and I had to talk to 4 different mechanics to finally get some help don’t try calling because you’ll be on hold forever they even hung up on me twice I ended up paying somewhere else so that I didn’t have to deal with Quebedeaux again I paid 300.00 to fix the seal on my rear differential instead of getting it done for free at Quebedeaux all because of the horrible service! When I purchased the truck it was really clean NO LEAK why ? Because the dealership power washed all the oil from the wheel so that the buyer didn’t notice! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! More

This was a warranty item, replace the passenger door handle because the lock/unlock button wouldn’t work. I notified them prior to 3/4/21 about the handle, the oil change and tire rotation took two hour handle because the lock/unlock button wouldn’t work. I notified them prior to 3/4/21 about the handle, the oil change and tire rotation took two hours. They ordered the handle on 3/5 and said it would take 7-10 days and they would contact us. I called them around 3/20 and was told the part wasn’t there and they would check all dealers and let me know in a couple days. I started calling them 5 days later, handle was there but they might have to paint it and then would call me to schedule a appointment. No call and they wouldn’t answer their phones so I started calling the service manager. I finally got a appointment for 3/30 and was told they needed the car all day and they didn’t have a loaner available. It took them 8 hours to paint and replace the door handle! Can’t imagine how long a major repair would take. This vehicle will never see this dealership again. Terrible customer service. More
