I bought a used Hyundai 2018 ELANTRA. I came into your dealership was met by Adam we discussed how much money I wanted to pay test drove a car I came back on Monday about it. My salesman found me a great deal on an almost brand-new 2020 Santa Fe and the whole process only took a couple of hours. The only real problem I had was them treating me like a “kid” (that was the finance 2020 Santa Fe and the whole process only took a couple of hours. The only real problem I had was them treating me like a “kid” (that was the finance’s managers favorite word when we were closing the deal). At this point, I almost walked out entirely due to word choice and phrasing when regarding me and my own personal decisions. Though I’m only 25 years-old and lack any sales experience, I would assume that proper manners and etiquette should ultimately be at the absolute-forefront of any deal being made whether it be $5 or $25,000.
