From the negotiation process and the down to earth demeanor of Adam to the time taken by an associate to go over all the bells and whistles of the truck to the final “checkout” process. Excellent customer service at Elkins Chevrolet. We just purchased our third vehicle from Elkins Chevrolet in one year. Last summer we stopped by to look at used vehicles and ended up purchasing a We just purchased our third vehicle from Elkins Chevrolet in one year. Last summer we stopped by to look at used vehicles and ended up purchasing a 2015 Silverado that afternoon. We loved how they treated us and we ended up going there the following Spring to purchase a used Toyota Corolla for our son’s first car. A few months later, in July we decided to come back and ended up leasing a new Equinox for me. After having negative experiences at another local dealership where we purchased my prior vehicle, we really appreciate the excellent customer service at Elkins Chevrolet. More

Love my new car and my car experience! I walked into elkins Chevrolet coming off of a Toyota Lease and was greeted by many friendly sales associates willing to help me find a new car. It had everything I was looking for in a new car. Adam showed me all of the awesome features of the car and was able to answer all of my questions. The entire process was easy and smooth.
