I had some very odd electrical issues with my Forester that even the factory people had a dickens of a time trying to figure out. Adam kept at it and maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire p that even the factory people had a dickens of a time trying to figure out. It took us almost a month and three visits I believe to finally figure out the problem (it was obscure), but Adam persevered throughout. As others have said, Adam has impressive problem-solving skills and is always friendly and helpful. I go to Adam whenever I need to have work done, which is usually only routine. The organization has impressed me from where it was 30 years ago, and it is people like Adam that helps make such a positive difference. More
