Took my truck in for regular maintenance and a standard oil change. Crew called me and said my plastic oil cap (previously done by a dealer) was seized on and couldn’t be taken off. Told me they had to bre oil change. Crew called me and said my plastic oil cap (previously done by a dealer) was seized on and couldn’t be taken off. Told me they had to break it off and charge me for the $45 part plus an extra $110 (half of their hourly maintenance rate of $220) claiming it took 30 minutes to get it broken off. They also have a statement when you sign that says they can charge you up to $69.99 for what to me sounds like no reason. When I noticed they charged me for it I said, “so this must be negotiable?” and they took it off my charges. Everytime I have been to this dealer they have “found” problems and charged me more than I was promised. They have a misleading software that sent me a text saying each of my services was between $80-100 more than promised, even though that wasn’t true at payment. A multipoint inspection is a free service they include in the service where they just run though a checklist making sure everything is functioning properly, but as soon as I got home I saw that my taillight was out. I called back and they told me that it sounded like a wiring issue and I could bring it back in and do a diagnosis test first which would cost $100-200. I went to my local mechanic and he replaced the bulb in 5 minutes for $15. I’ll let my experience guide you in making your decision on whether or not you go to this dealer. For me, I will never be going back. More

Well, it started off with an oil change and ended with me having to replace the hood latches on my Jeep. One of the technicians I guess did not see the keyhole on the hood latch proceeded to yank it off brea having to replace the hood latches on my Jeep. One of the technicians I guess did not see the keyhole on the hood latch proceeded to yank it off breaking the lock. It would not have bothered me if they had said something before they let me drive my Jeep home with a single latch, holding my hood down. When I noticed what happened I reached out to the lot. I had to drive back to the lot to show them that it was broken. They told me to order a new set, which I did and send them the invoice and they would reimburse me. When I sent the invoice, they gave me a credit to my account. I asked for an actual refund of a check, which of course red tape three weeks later still have not seen the check for the replacement hood latches. I really like the sales people here, but I will not be coming back to get my vehicle service here ever again. The fact that they allowed me to drive home with one hood latch, broken speaks volumes for how much stuff they cover up and don’t tell customers More
